Products and prices
Our tees are printed to order. Check the selected colour, size, garment measurements and delivery address before purchasing. Product photographs and mockups illustrate the design and placement; screen colours may differ slightly from the finished garment. Each product description identifies the garment supplied.
Prices and checkout
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Delivery charges and the final amount payable are shown before you place your order. ACME WORKS LTD is not VAT registered. Payment must be authorised before an order proceeds. We accept your order when we send your order confirmation. If we cannot supply an item or discover a pricing error, we will contact you and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfil.
Delivery
See our Shipping Policy for production and delivery estimates. We remain responsible for the goods until they reach you or a person you nominate. Tell us promptly about delivery problems so we can help resolve them.
Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to cancel and return standard tees, and how we handle faulty or incorrect goods. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it.
Website use and privacy
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate order information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data to process orders and run the store. Marketing consent is optional.
Complaints and applicable law
Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts available to them under applicable law.
Updated terms apply to future orders; the terms in effect when you order apply to that purchase.
