Shipping and delivery

Each item is printed to order. We use different fulfilment partners for different garments and tapestries, so production location and delivery time vary by product and destination. Items from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels.

Most standard tees are produced by Monster Digital through Printify in the United States or Mexico. Allow approximately 2–7 business days for production, including order review. Current standard delivery estimates after dispatch are 4–10 business days to the United States and 12–35 business days to the United Kingdom.

The Roblox Smile Sigilism Tee and Berk Cat Tee use Tapstitch garments fulfilled internationally. The supplier currently estimates 1–3 days for production and 7–13 days for standard shipping to the United Kingdom. Tapestry delivery estimates vary by material, size and destination. Check the available service at checkout.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Busy periods, customs, weekends and public holidays can affect delivery. Available destinations, shipping services and charges are shown at checkout for your address and basket. We do not advertise a free-shipping threshold unless it is offered at checkout.

Enter your full delivery address and postcode carefully. Contact ballknowledgetees@civic.work promptly if you notice an address error; changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has started.

We email dispatch and tracking information when it becomes available. If your order is delayed, missing or damaged, email us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate.
